Charles Williams to James & Mac Williams Deed 6 December 1817

Charles Williams of Duplin County, NC for the natural love and affection
For my two sons James Williams and Mac Williams for the sum of $20 paid
By said James and Mac Williams do grant, convey and give to them and
Their heirs forever, all the lands and plantation whereon I now live,
Which land I now hold by deed from the late General Bryan Whitfield,
Bearing date 18 Oct 1805, and 18 acres which I hold by patent in my
Own name and dated 10 Nov 1807. The land is to be divided between
Them by a line marked between them by me along a ditch to the north
Line of my lands and the same course of the ditch to the run of the
North East River, James to have the part that is westward and northward
Of said line including my buildings, reserving the lifetime of myself
And wife, and the west part I devise to Mac and the lifetime of myself
And the east part to James, etc. I do set my hand and seal on 6 Dec 1817.
