*Peter Carlton to John Alderman Jr., both of Duplin Co., for 
$201.35 of spanish coining (?) 201 ¾ A on BS of the Doctors 
Creek, beg. at a water oak at the run of sd. branch, to a 
pine it being a dividing line between William Bland and John Alderman.
