Caleb Quinn one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County, East Side the Nort East 
River and North Side of Limestone Swampand South side of Poley Branch.  Begining at 
a stake the fourth corner of John Wheedins's 100 acre survey.  Thence So. 20 Et. 184 
poles to apine.  Thence So. 30 Wt. 15 poles to a pine William Nethercets corner. 
Thence along his line Wt. 154 poles to a stake among three pines on William Mercers line.  
Thence North 200 poles to a pine on said Mercers other line.  Patend by Wheedins, 
Thence as said line to the begining.
