Location:	

		(1) Beginning at a  pine and pinter on the South side of [Starling] Swamp
		Thence South 155 poles to a stake
		Thence West 155 poles to a pine
		Thence North 155 poles to a grove in the swamp
Thence East 155 poles to the beginning containing 150 acres granted to Hector McNeal the 29th day of April 1762.
	
		(2)  Likewise another piece beginning at a pine near Salter Veake line  
		Running Thence East 90 poles  
Thence North 90 poles to a dogwood on the on the West side of the Starling Swamp,
		Thence down the swamp West 90 poles, proceed to the beginning containing 50 
acres granted to John McNeal March 4, 1775
