(Transcribed by Joan S Dunn) Deed Book 12 Page 109, & 110 Betsy S Boyette To William Morrisey Deed 110 acres land State of North Carolina Duplin County Know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth Boyette for an inconsideration of the sum of fifty Dollars to me in hand paid by William Morrisy of the said County and State the receipt & payment of which is by me hereby acknowledeged and I Elizabeth Boyett hath hereunto bargained sold & released unto the said William Morrisey & his Heirs all right title & interest which I have in and to the following tract or parcil of land which is bounded as follows & lies in the said County of Duplin begining at a small pine on a small drain in Thomas Johnstons line thence with his line South 32 poles to a sweet gum his corner on the Road thence with his line west 64 poles to a pine by the three mile post thence so 60 poles to a pinhe James Joyners own corner thence with his line so 45 Et 160 poles to a pine his corner thence along James Pattersons line Et 60 poles to a pine Thomas Johnsons corner thence Et 34 poles to a pine his corner thence with his line to the begining containing by estimation one hundered & ten acres more or less and which said tract of land is supposed to cover the place or depot upon the Wilmington & Hallifax Rail Road called Warsaw Now it is expressly understood by these presents that I for myself & my heirs only convey release & set over to the said William Morisey & his heirs whatever right title & Interest I have (if any) in and to the said tract of land to him the said W Morisey his Heirs and assigns forever In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 16th Decer 1839 signed sealed & delivered Betsy S Boyett in the presents of us William Pollock Thos. K.
