Benjamin Lanier one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County 
on the South side of Cliffs or Crumptons Creek.  Begining at a pine 
on his own line Thomas Crumptons corner.  Thence Crumptons line 
No. 80 Wt. 100 poles to a pine.  Thence Crumptons other line So. 
10 Wt. 100 pole to a pine.  Thence No. 80 Wt. 140 poles to a stake 
on Robert Merrits line, then his line No. 120 pole to a pine.  Thence 
North 60 Wt. 132 pole to a stake on his own line.  Thence his line So. 
56 pole to a pine his corner, then his other line Et. 74 po. to a white 
oak his corner, then his own line to the begining.
