Benjamin Lanier one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the Wt.
side of Buttell Hill Branch, a branch of Rockfish Creek. Including his
improvements. Begining at a pine on the branch side, thence up near to
a small branch. So. 100 poles to a pine. Thence Et. 70 pole to a white
oak. Thence So. 55 Et. 77 poles to a pine. Thence So. 15 Et. joining
Thomas Crumptons line 52 poles to a red oak pine and Hickory by the
head of a Drean, then down said drean Et. about 50 poles to the run of
Burrills Hill branch. Thence up the run of said branch with Thomas
Crumptons line to the begining.
