Benjamin Thompson To John Thomson
Deed 100 acres
January the seventeenth 1791. North Carolina Duplin County this may Certify that I Benjamin Tompson of
the aforesaid and John Tompson of the same have united and agreed within our selves and Divided the Lands belong
once to their Father is Deceased and I Benjamin Tompson my heirs Executors administrators and assigns doth
forever hereafter deny and Quit Claiming in anywise Laying Right or Title to the Plantation of one hundred acres
of Land where their Father died and I the said Benjamin Tompson my heirs Exers. Admrs. And assigns do give up
the same Land and premises with all benefits and appurtainances to the same belonging unto John Carter Tompson
his heirs Excrs. Administrators and assigns forever.

Then was the within Deed proved in open Court by the oath of Henry Johnston and ordered to be Registered.
