Granted to Benjamin Rhodes One Hundred & fifty acres of land in Duplin County on 
the N.side of Limestone Swamp Begining at the run of the creek on Morgan Sweeneys 
line_ Thence said Sweeneys line W.86. pole to a White Oak his ?  Thence his other 
line N.20. poles to a pine. Thence N.80.W.  pole to a stake. Thence to & with his own 
or Joseph Thoams R? line South 15.W.128.pole to a red Oak his corner_ Thence S.55 
West.20 pole to a water oak on the creek and up the same as it  Meanders to the first 
Station__ Dated the 21st day of September in the 10th year of Our independence, and 
in the year of our Lord 1785
