Benjamin Fussell To William Duff
Deed 360 acres
April 22d 1783. To all Christian people to whom these Presents shall come I Benjamin Fussell
In the County of Duplin Carpenter send Greeting know ye that I the said Benjamin Fussell for
consideration of the Love good will and affection which I bear and do Bear towards my loving
friend William Duff in the County aforesaid Planter have given and granted and by these presents
do freely clearly and absolutely give and grant to the said William Duff his heirs Executors a
certain tract of Land containing three hundred and sixty acres being and lying upon a Branch of
Rockfish which said Land William Duff lives on and all other things to me belonging which I may
quitly claim as in righty one in whose hands custing or possession soever they be or wheresoever
the same or any of them or any part of them can or may now or hereafter be found remaining or
being as well messuage or tenement in which in now Dwell as in any place or messuage whatsoever
to have and to hold all the said Land whereas and all other the premises unto the said his heirs
Exrs. from henceforth as his and their proper Land forever absolutely without any manner of condition.
