Plat:		This is to say, beginning at Davis corner at an oak and Little Cohary and along 
West slash to the back line
Thence Running South 75 West to a pine on agreed corner tree between the said Baxter Davis and John Parker
Thence a straight line to the North at Lockamans Branch corner at an oak on Little Cohary 
 		Thence down Little Cohary to the first station
