Plat: Begin at John Davis' corner at an Oak on Little Cohary and
along a Slash to the back line
Thence running South 75 West to a pine on said agreed corner tree between the
said Baxter Davis and John Parker
Thence a straight line to the mouth of Lockamans Branch corner at an oak on
Little Cohary
Thence down Little Cohary to the first station
It being part of a tract of land granted to Jeremiah Simmons the 4th day of May in
1769 for 400 acres
