Bartholomew Gainey to Thomas Frazer. £53  specia for 200A "on the East side of South 
River On the Beaverdam swamp Beginning on the side of the swamp." Deed states: "and 
I the said Bartholomew Gainey am the only inheritance of the said lands and premises."
