Anthony Miller fifty acres of land in Duplin County East side the No. 
East River on the heads of Tan Dam branch.  Begining at a black 
jack on David Greers line by said branch.  Thence Greers line So. 
65 Et. 250 poles to a pine his corner.  Thence the same course 
continued 100 pole to a pine So. edge of a branch.  Thence No. 
25 Et. 54 poles to a black jack in the edge of Cabbin branch.  
Thence North 40 Wt. 20 pole to a stake.  Thence No. 71 Wt. 
128 poles to a black jack on Fred Smiths line, thence his line Wt. 
80 pole to a pine his corner.  Thence his other line No. 40 pole to 
a pine his corner, thence his other line Wt. to the begining.
