Anthony Miller one hundred acres of land in Duplin County Et. Side the No. Et. River, between 
Poley and Tandam Branches and the head of the Tandam.  Begining at a Maple in Poley Branch 
uper (continued on page 27) edge the Road.  Thence along the line of land Patend by Alexander 
McColloch.  No. 30 Et. 160 poles to a pine a corner.  Thence the line of land patend by M. 
Blann afterward the property of Thomas Worley.  So. 65 Et. 80 poles to a pine.  Thence the 
other line No. 25 Et. 80 poles to a pine.  Thence the other line
No. 20 Wt. 97 poles to a Black Jack.  Thence Loftles Worleys line So. 55. Et. 46 poles to a 
Black Jack Frederick Smiths corner.  Thence his line So. 166 poles to a Black Jack.  Thence 
David Greers line No. 65 Wt. 30 poles to a pine his corner.  Thence his other line So. 25. Wt. 
160 poles to a pine said edge of Poley Branch Mercers corner, thence down the branch to the 
begining.
