Anthony Miller of Duplin County, NC for the consideration of 80
Pounds proclamation money paid by George Williams of Duplin County
Do convey and grant unto the said George Williams a parcel or tract
Of land lying and being in Duplin County on the south side of Carr's
And between that and Golden Grove Swamp beginning at the run of the
Swamp at William Rutledge's line, then to William Routledge's mill
Dam and to Grove Swamp, being part of two tracts of land containing
350 acres. Dated 29 Oct 1770.
