Anthony Bailey seventy five acres of land in Duplin County Wt. side the North 
East River on the uper side of Island Creek.  Begining at a water oak his own 
corner on the River Bank being another survey.  Thence as the same No. 25 
Wt. to a pine his corner.  Thence along his other line So. 65 Wt. 80 poles to 
a cypress on the Bank of Island Creek.  Thence No. 15 Wt. 70 poles to a pine 
thence No. 70 Et. 112 poles to a pine on Silvester Caveners line. Thence along 
his line So. 30 Et. 130 poles to a water oak on the River bank thence up the 
River as it meanders to the begining.
