No. 1234

Granted to Amos Johnston in Duplin County fifty acres of land Et. side the No. East river
and north side of Cypress Creek.  Begining at a cypress on the creek.  Thence North 10 Et.
eight poles to a poplar Laniers corner.  Thence on his line North 67 Wt. 134 poles to a bay
sapling.  Thence said Johnstons own line of another survey South 45 Wt. 110 poles to a 
Holley Cypress & water oak on the creek.  Thence the said creek and the Lake thereof as they
meander to the begining.
