Side of Maxwell Swamp joining his own and Abraham Beesleys lines begining at a Red Oak on the edge of Parkers Branch (alias Armstrongs Branch) Being his own begining corner of 100 acres pattened by Isaac Parker thence to that line So. 68. Wt. 126 poles to a Red Oak his corner thence So. 25. Et. 116 poles to a Black Jack on Abraham Beesleys line thence as his line No. 40. Et. 100 poles to a pine his corner thence as his other line So. 50 Et. 127 poles thence No. 45 Et. 8. poles to a Red Oak his corner thence by Newton Beesleys line No. 25 Wt. 56 pole to a pine thence 48 poles to a white oak at the run of Armstrongs Branch then up by the run till opposite the begining Dated April the 1st, 1780
