North East River and on both sides of Island Creek, and joining his Plantation _
Begining at an Oak Standing on the N.side of the Creek Swamp by the corner of his
field. Said Garisons & Winbert Boneys corner _ Thence S.20.E.84.pole to a pine
Thence N.72.W.140.pole to a Gum in Island Creek Swamp Thence N.29.W.75.
poles to a Stake _ Thence to the Begining Dated the 16th day of November in the
15th year or Our independence and in the year of our Lord 1790
