Aaron Hodgeson one hundred fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the South
side of Maxfield & Cabbin branch. Begining at an ashe in Cummins's line on
the edge of Cabbin branch run. Thence as his line South 135 poles to a stake
in the certre of two little oaks & a hickory. Thence North 87 Et. 216 ples
to a pine on Thalleys line. Thence with Thalleys line North 34 Wt. 180 poles
to a white oak his corner. The same course continued one pole to a water oak
and ashe on the run of Maxfield. Thence up the meander of the run to the fork
of Cabbin and thence up the meanders of Cabbin run to the begining.
Dated the 26th day of November 1789

swamp. Begining at a stake his corner in Cummins's line. Thence as Cummins's
line South 48 poles to his corner. Thence the same course continued 79 poles
to a pine in a drain of Rooty banch Pocoson. Thence No. 127 poles to a stake in
his line of a survey of one hundred and fifty acres. Thence with his line to the
begining.
