Granted to William Burton Two hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County East side the 
No. East River near to Holly Shelter Pocoson. Begining at a pine John Johnstons corner.  
Thence No. 35 East 178 poles to a pine.  Thence North 55 Wt. 224 poles to a stake on James 
Murrays line.  Thence his line So. 45 Wt. 178 poles to a stake.  Thence Straight to the Begining.
