Granted to William Burton one hundred acres of land in Duplin County Et. of the No. East River.
Begining at a pine and some small white oaks on his line at or near Johnstons line.  Thence So. 
37, Wt. 100 poles to a gum and water oak in a pond at or near his corner.  Thence on his other 
line No. 53, Wt. 60 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 37, Wt. 74 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 53 Et. 
200 pole to a stake.  Thence to the Begining.
