Granted to Mary Dobbson two hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the Heads of Burncoat
Swamp. Begining at a pine Benjamin Adams's old corner the Nort side of Cow hole branch.
Thence Adams's old line now the property of a certain Mr. Ivey So. 30 Wt. 226 poles to a pine
the corner. Thence the line of a survey of land Patened by Lewis Barnes across Burncoat and
the main road So. 25 Et. 290 poles to a pine by a pond. Thence No. 65 Et. 104 poles to a stake
on George Ventress's line. Thence his line No. 80 poles to a pine on Josiah Staffords line.
Thence his line Wt. 116 poles to a pine his corner. Thence his other line North to the Begining.
