Granted to Joshua Blanton fifty acres of land in Duplin County on both sides of the Doctors 
creek.  Begining at a pine on Harrells & the County line So. 10 Wt. 20 pole to a pine sapling.  
Thence Et. 92 pole to a stake on John Aldermans line.  Thence as his other line. No. 34 Wt. 
120 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 56 Wt. 30 poles to a stake.  Thence 34 Et. 48 poles to a pine 
on Harrels Line.  Thence as his line So. 90 poles to a red oak his corner.  Thence So. 86 West 
to the begining.
