Granted to Frederick Smith one hundred and fifty nine acres of land in Duplin County on the Eastside 
of the North East River, in the Swamp a little below the Mouth of Panther Swamp.  Joining his own line.  
Begining at a Large Gum in the Swamp on or near Anthony Millers line and runs with his line.  No. 75, 
East 100, pole to a Cypress on Smiths line.  Thence with his line No. 38, Et. 96 poles to a gum his old 
corner.  Thence No. 52, Wt. 126 poles to a gum.  Thence North 38 Et. 60 poles to a cypress.  Thence No. 
52, Wt. 34 poles to a gum.  Then South 38, Wt. 200 poles to a water oak.  Thence to the Begining.
