Granted to Frederick Graddy one hundred and seventy five acres of land in Duplin County in the
fork of the North East and Burncoate. Begining at a gum in the edge of the North Et. swamp
said to be on William Albertsons line. Thence the course of Albersons line No. 50 Et. 170
poles to a Maple his corner. Thence the same course 30 poles to a stake on Lewis Barfields
line. Thence his line No. 50 Wt. 32 pole to a stake his corner. Thence his other line No.
60 Et. 26 pole to a red oak Frederick Graddys corner formerly William Graddys of a survey of
500 acres. Thence to Frederick Graddys line No. 60 Wt. 140 poles to a gun in the swamp.
Thence So. 65 Wt. 52 poles to a water oak on the River run. Thence Down the River as it
meanders 122 poles to a water oak. Thence Straight to the Begining.
