No.  1235

Granted to Benjamin Dulany one Hundred acres of land in Duplin County West of the No. East 
branch of Cape Fear river and North side of Persimmon Swamp.  Begining at a pine and black 
jack James McIntires corner.  Thence East 12 poles to a pine James Middletons corner.  Thence 
his line So. 72 Et. 102 poles to a lightwood stump by a pond.  Thence So. 10 Wt 180 poles to a 
pine on Woodwards line.  Thence his line Wt. 77 poles to a lightwood stump.  Thence James 
McIntires line to the Begining.
