Zilphia Carroll, daughter of Lemuel & Mary Chesnutt, was born April 25, 1811.
J. D. Carroll died March 23, 1885, age 76 yrs
Zilphia Carroll died Oct. 25, 1890 , age 79 yrs.

Molsie Fryar died June 6, 1875. David Fryar died Jan. 26, 1878
Thomas & Mattie C. Fryar moved from Sampson to Duplin Sept. 10, 1868.
Moved from Elder to Magnolia Jan 2. 1878
Located at the Parsonage in Magnolia April 6, 1884
Mamie & Mattie Fryar were baptized by Rev. Wm. M. Kennedy
at Swimming Hole Sept 30, 1883..Mamie 14 yrs. Mattie 9 yrs 10 1/2 mos.
Lillie Fryar was baptized by Rev. J.. Stallings at Bass' Mill
June 12, 1884 - 13 yrs. of age
James & Mamie moved to Clinton Dec. 1909
Sister Jane died March 14, 1914 --79 yrs.
James T. Carroll died July 16, 1887 - 52 yrs.
My little sister age 12 yrs Margaret E. Carroll died April 30, 1860.

Rev.John L. Carroll died in Chapel Hill June 23, 1895. Aged 58 years.
O. J. Carroll died suddenly at Morehead Friday a.m. Oct. 4, 1901.. Age 56 years.
Luther Rice Carroll died (in Warsaw) Monday November 13, 1905. age 66 years.
George W. Carroll died Sept. 15, 1912. Aged 79 yrs.
In 1972 this bible was in the possession of their granddaugther, Mrs.Mary Shelton McArthur
English, 107 Warsaw Road, Clinton, N.C.
