  EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
  Notice is hereby given, that the Subscriber, at the July, 1805 Term of the 
Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions of Duplin County, qualified as Executors to 
the estate of JAMES MIDDLETON SR. Those indebted to the said estate are 
requested to make payment immediately; and those having claims against said 
estate are notified to present them duly authenticated with the time 
prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
