15 October 1766
Inquisition Indented taken this 15th Day of October Anno Domine 1766 the
Jurors who say upon their oaths that George SMITH of the age of fifty years
Weaver on the 12th Instant between the Hours of 7 and 8 o'clock in the
Evening kiled drowned by falling into the foreBay of Mr. John ATKINS Grist
Mill on Limestone Creek in the County aforesaid was accidently Drownded
and so the jurors aforesaid upon their Oaths do Say that the aforesaid
George SMITH Weaver aforesaid then and there came by his Death Intestimony
whereof as well the Coroner aforesaid as the aforesaid
Jurors have Set their
Hands and Seals the Day above Written
