Obituary of Tommie Albertson ~ 1999

Harrells - Mr. Tommie Albertson, age 77, of 285 Tomahawk Highway, 
Harrells, died Monday morning, October 11, 1999, at Wayne Memorial 
Hospital in Goldsboro.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 14, 1999, 
from the Transfiguration Catholic Church, conducted by Father John 
Williams. Burial will follow in the Rockfish Memorial Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Irene Albertson of the home; two sons, 
Harry Albertson of Harrells and Jimmy Albertson and wife, Diane, of 
Willard; two granddaughters, Cristy and Kellen Albertson; and one 
grandson, Michael Albertson.
A native of Duplin County, Mr. Albertson was the son of the late Owen 
Quincy and Lula Cottle Albertson and was a member of the Transfiguration 
Catholic Church.
Casketbearers will be Ricky Piner, Johnny Geiger, Al Highsmith, Samuel 
McMillian, Mack Johnson and Michael Murphy.
The family will have a Rosary at 6:30 p.m., followed by a visitation from 
7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Padgett Funeral Home and will receive 
at their residence, 285 Tomahawk Highway, Harrells, other times.
