WARSAW -- The funeral for Thomas Kenan "T.K." Torrans, 66, will be held 
Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of Community Funeral Home. Burial will 
be in the Richard Family Cemetery.
Mr. Torrans died Monday. 
He was the son of the late Boney Torrance and Arola Bell Torrance of 
Duplin County. He was a United States Army veteran and was a member of 
Carltons Chapel United Methodist Church of Warsaw.
His survivors include four daughters, Mary Susan T. Bryant of Fayetteville,
Kathy T. Decker and Patricia T. Turner of Rose Hill and Norma T. Hawkins 
of Magnolia; a brother, Robert Torrance of Upper Track, W.Va.; two sisters,
Evelyn T. Duff of Warsaw and Georgia T. Kennedy of Apex; and nine 
grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a brother, William Fulton Torrance. 
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at the funeral 
home, and at other times at the home of Herman and Evelyn Duff, 127 Duff 
Lane, Warsaw.
