Ruth Virginia English Sissel, 81, of Beth Drive, Lumberton, died Monday at Duke Medical Center. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will be in Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Floyd Mortuary, Lumberton.
