Obituary of Pearlie Rivenbark ~ 1972

Wallace - Pearlie Rivenbark, 82, died Friday.
Mr. Rivenbark was a native of Duplin County and was the son of the late 
Amma and Alie Teachey Rivenbark. He was a retired farmer and fertilizer 
salesman.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Maggie Southerland Rivenbark of the home; 
five daughters, Mrs. Wendell Evans of Magnolia, Mrs. Marcel Crawley of 
Wallace, Mrs. D.L. Parker of Rose Hill, Mrs. Kenneth Crawford of 
Jacksonville and Mrs. Frank Wiciak of Toledo, Ohio; ten sons, Oscar 
Rivenbark, Edwin Rivenbark, Allen Rivenbark, Cam Rivenbark, Mance 
Rivenbark, Donald Rivenbark, Ronald Rivenbark, Eugene Rivenbark, Pearlie 
Rivenbark Jr. all of Wallace and Raymond Rivenbark of High Point; one 
sister, Miss Annie Rivenbark of Wallace; three brothers, Don Rivenbark, 
Clute Rivenbark and Clyde Rivenbark all of Wallace; 39 grandchildren, 
and 10 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Island Creek Baptist Church. 
The Rev. Ralph Culler and the Rev. George Wallace will officiate. 
Burial will be in Pin Hook Cemetery.
Visitation may be made at Edgerton Funeral Home until 12 noon Sunday when 
the body will be taken to the church.
