Obituary of Johnnie Aldridge ~ 1989

Lagrange - Johnnie Aldridge, 84, of Lagrange Rt. 1, died Saturday at 
Lenoir Memorial Hospital. 
He was a retired farmer, and also a member and deacon at Sandy Bottom 
Missionary Baptist Church. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday from Rouse 
Funeral Home with the Rev. H. T. Waits officiating. 
Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery. 
Survivors include a wife, Mrs. Verdie S. Aldridge of the home; a daughter, 
Mrs. Judy Brock of Greenville; four sons, Clifton Aldridge of Cleveland, 
Ohio, Vance and Lloyd Aldridge, both of Kinston, and Danny Aldridge of 
LaGrange; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. 
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral 
home and at other times they will be at the home at LaGrange Rt. 1.
