Seymour Rites Set for 4 P. M. On Wednesday 

LaGrange, Aug. 6.--(Special)-- Jasper Seymour, 60, died Tuesday at 10 a.m. 
of a heart attack at his home near Grifton. Funeral services will be held 
from the home at 4 p. m. Wednesday, with Rev. W. K. Jordan of Kinston, 
officiating. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery at Kinston.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mattie Carter Seymour; seven daughters, Mrs. 
W. T. Poteat of Grifton, Mrs. Earl Belcher of Cyprus, Calif.; Mrs. David 
Newsome of LaGrange, Shirley, Pearl, Yvonne and Lavenne Seymour, all of 
the home; five sons, Earl of LaGrange, Carl of Kinston, Theodore of Hodges,
Ala., and Calvin and Woolard of the home; one brother, Joshua of Ayden; 
two sisters, Mrs. Nannie Stallings of Charlotte and Mrs. Neta B. Lee of 
Goldsboro.
