Evelyn Horne Thomas, age 86, died Thursday, September 7, 2006. 
Visitation and funeral were Saturday, September 9 at Community Funeral 
Home in Beulaville. 
Burial was in East Duplin Memorial Gardens. 
Survived by: daughter, Johnnye T. Waller of Beulaville; son, Ricky L. 
Thomas of Beulaville; 3 sisters, Mary Lynn Edwards, Myrtle Rae Thomas and 
Betty Jo Frazelle all of Beulaville; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-
grandchildren. 
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 North Michigan 
Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, Illinois 60601-7633.
