Obituary of Elmer Adell Tillman ~ 1982

LaGrange -- Miss Elmer Adelle Tillman, 55, of LaGrange Rt. 1, died Friday 
in Lenoir Memorial Hospital. 
She was a spinner for Glen Raven Mills. 
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday from the chapel of Howard 
& Carter Funeral Home with the Rev. Willie Ham officiating. 
Burial will follow in the Jones-Tillman Family Cemetery. 
Survivors include six sisters, Mrs. Lillian Pilkington and Miss Emma 
Tillman, both of the home; Mrs. Minnie Jones and Mrs. Ruth Carlyle both 
of LaGrange; Mrs. Mildred Price of Fayetteville, and Mrs. Ruby Rouse of 
Garner; and four brothers, Morris Tillman of Snow Hill, Coy, Eugene, and 
William Tillman, all of LaGrange. Visitation is from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday 
at Howard & Carter Funeral Home.
