  On the 1?th ult., in Madison County, Florida, in the residence of the 
bride’s father, by the Rev. Mr. Ardis, Mr. L.N. LUCAS, formerly of  
Montgomery Co., N.C., to Mrs. Sallie E. AVANT, daughter of Allen 
Townsend, Esq.

  At the Residence of Mrs. William Faison, in Sampson Co., N.C., on 
the evening of the 17th inst., by  Rev. J.D. Bufhum ?, Rev. B.F. 
MARABEE of Halifax, Va., to Mrs. Amelia McDONALD, daughter of 
the late William Faison, Esq., of Sampson Co., N.C.

  In Moore County, Nov 26, by Thos. Rollins, Esq., Mr. Andrew S. 
BROWN to Miss Athea Ann BROWN, daughter of Wm. Brown, Esq.,
By the same, on the same day, Mr. Elijah M. WICKER, to Miss 
Margaret Ann OLIVER, daughter of Daniel Oliver, Esq.
