James Henry Williams son of Robert Carr Williams and Katherine Middleton Pearsall, was born
21 Jul 1891 in Mt. Olive, Wayne County, NC. and died 24 Jan 1949 in Mt. Olive. He married
first Ethel Short. She was born in Federalsburg, Maryland. He married 2nd DeElla Blythe
born 20 Apr 1892 in Pamlico, NC, on 29 Dec 1919 in Wilson, NC. She was the daughter of
Frank Blythe and Locka Gordon. DeElla died 22 Jan 1969 in Goldsboro, NC. Both are buried
in Oakview Cemetery, Mt. Olive, NC.
James Henry Williams and DeElla Blythe had three children.
1) James Henry Williams Jr, bo 24 Jan 1924, Mt. Olive, NC. Died 16 Nov 1932, Goldsboro, NC.
2) Katherine Blythe Williams, b 6 Mar 1925, Mt. Olive, NC., died 23 Dec 1978, Goldsboro, NC.
3) Clyde Armstrong Williams, b 16 Nov 1926, Mt. Olive, NC. Clyde was owner operator of Clyde
Williams Chevrolet, Inc., in Mt. Olive. Clyde married Mary Virginia Smith, 22 Nov 1952, daughter
of Robert Smith and Lorena Perry. She was born 17 Oct 1930 in Mt. Olive, NC.
