Granted to William Alberson one hundred and ninety seven acres of land in
Duplin County. On the streams of the North E. Swamp. Begining at a White Oak on
his own line. Supposed to be Samuel Albersons line. Thence his line N. 136 pole to a
pine his corner-Thence North 70°. W. 77 pole to a pine-Barnets or Outlaws corner.
Thence that line N. 90 pole to a stake. Then Michael Wilkins’s line E. 180. pole to a
pine-Thence S. 86 pole to a pine-Thence S. 60. pole to a stake in Samuel Albersons
line. Thence S. 30° W. 96 poles to a red oak Then S. 20° E. 40 poles to a red oak

Dated the 17th day day of Dec. in the 19th year of our independence and in the year
