Thomas Quin one hundred acres of land in Duplin County between 
the Beaverdam prong of Limestone swamp and White oak branch.  
Begining at a pine on the swamp side supposed to be at or nigh his 
own old land.  Thence up the side of Limestone Swamp No. 60 Wt. 
100 poles to a stake, thence No. 35 Et. 160 poles to a pine, thence 
So. 60 Et. 120 poles to a water oak in white oak branch, thence 
straight to the begining.
