Solomon Picket To Moses Shoaler

Bill of sale

North Carolin Duplin County April the 9th 1791.  Know all men by these presents that 
I Solomon Picket Have this Day Bargained sold and by these presents Do sell and convey 
unto Moses Shoalar a negroe man named Will about thirty three years of age In Consideration 
of Eighty five pounds paid me in hand the Receipt whereof I Do Acknowledge and by these 
Presents Do warrant and Defend the said negroe Will from all claims from any person or 
persons a sound Helthy wholesome negroe witness my hand the 16th of April 1791

Then was the within Bill of sale proved in open Court by the oath of James Picket and
