Snowden Pearce one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the So. Wt. Side of 
Maxwell Swamp on Beaverdam Branch below Carrs Branch joining his own and Abraham 
Beesleys line.  Begining at a pine by Maxwell Swamp at the Sandy Bottom.  Thence Wt. 90 
poles to a pine by the New Road.  Thence along Abraham Beesleys line So. 45 Wt. 180 poles 
to a pine.  Thence as his other line So. 30 Wt. 80 pole to a pine.  Thence So. 70 Et. 100 poles 
to a pine.  Thence No. 20. Et. 120 poles,  thence on or near to his own line No. 65 Et. 220 poles 
to the Swamp thence up the swamp to the begining.
