Samuel Sowell two hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the South 
side of the Great branch including John Smiths improvement.  Begining at 
a poplar in a small branch and runs Et. 160 pole to a stake.  Thence South 
200 poles to a whtie oak.  Thence Wt. 160 pooles to a pine.  Thence to the 
begining.
