Martin Hanchey one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on 
the west side of the Rattle Snake Pocoson.  Begining at a large 
pine by the pocoson on John Cooks line.  Thence So. 50 Et. 178 
pole to a stake in the pocoson.  Thence So. 40 Et. 90 pole to a 
lightwood stump.  Thence No. 50 Wt. 178 pole to a stake on John 
Cooks line.  Thence as the same to the begining.
