No. 1220

Granted to John Phillips thirty eight acres of land in Duplin County the South side of
the Grove Swamp.  Begining at a pine William Rigbys & George Gibbins's corner.  Thence
said Rigbys line South 82 Et. 203 poles to a pine his corner.  Thence No. 14 Et. 60 poles
to a stake.  Thence along said John Phillips's own line and George Gibbins's line to the
first station.
