Granted to John Molten three hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the East side
of Stewarts creek. Begining at a pine the seventh corner of a survey of 150 acres
patened by Felix Kenan. Thence that line South 45 Et. 340 poles to a pine the corner.
Thence the same course with Thomas Johnstons line 116 poles to a pine. Thence North 45
Et. 110 poles to a water oak in a pond. Thence No. 45 Wt. 276 poles to a pine on Gores
line. Thence his line West Eighty four poles to a pine his corner. Thence his other
line No. 100 poles to a pine. Thence South 45 Wt. 110 poles to a Hickory. Thence to
the begining.
