Joseph Dickson one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County on both sides the
main road. Begining at a fun in little Limestone Williams's corner. Thence his line
across the road and Gravelly branch South 25 Et. 92 poles to a pine. Thence South
65 Wt. 190 poles to a stake by John Humphreys corner. Thence Humphreys line No.
23 Wt. 160 poles to a stake. Thence up the swamp to the begining.

Begining at a water oak gum and iron wood on the South edge of Cypress Creek
Harps corner and runs with Harps line South 30 Wt. 100 poles to a red oak his corner.
Thence Amos Johstons line South 5 Et. 86 poles to a pine William Pickets corner.
Thence No. 174 poles. Thence to the begining.

East 220 to a white oak on John Norrises line. Thence with his line No. 30 Et. 50
poles to a water oak his corner on the creek. Thence No. 35 Wt. 436 poles .
Thence to the begining.
